Let Your Light Shine
Jesus commanded His followers to let their light shine before men so that others may see their good works and glorify God. This means living in a way that's visibly different - not for self-promotion, but so people see God's goodness through you. It matters because your life is often the only Bible some people will read. In daily life, this looks like being consistently kind, honest, and generous, then pointing the credit to God and drawing others toward the Father through your example.

Did You Know?
The purpose of light is to shine. Hiding it defeats its nature. Good works are the light that leads people to glorify the Father in heaven.
The goal is not that people see us. The goal is that they see our good works and give glory to God. Our light is always borrowed light from the One who is the true Light.
When the church stops doing good works, the world stops seeing the Father. When we do them in humility, the Father is glorified. The light is not optional. It is the point.
