Self-Harm

If you are hurting yourself, please reach out to a trusted person or call 988 for immediate support. Self-harm often reflects pain too deep for words โ€” an attempt to make invisible suffering visible or to feel something when numbness takes over. God sees your pain and does not condemn you. These scriptures remind you that your body is precious to God, that He is close to the brokenhearted, and that there is healing and hope beyond the cycle of self-inflicted pain.
